User Agreement

This user agreement ("Agreement") is made between POLATDEMİR TURİZM TİCARET A.Ş. ("Vendor") and the individual ("User") who wishes to become a member on the wholesale e-commerce website with the domain “www.lasagrada.com.tr”  ("Site").

This Agreement regulates the creation and use of membership by the Member to purchase Vendor’s products wholesale and use other related services through the Site.

The individual who wishes to become a member fills in the necessary information correctly and completely on the Site to apply for membership. The Vendor reserves the right to review and approve or reject the application. When the membership application is approved by the Vendor, the provisions of the Agreement and “Terms & Conditions” are deemed accepted, and the User can start using the Site.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account on the Site. They should not share their account information with others or take measures against unauthorized access.

The User must use the Site in accordance with the law, the Agreement, and the rules determined by the Vendor. The Vendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account in case of misuse or illegal activities on the Site.

The User is obliged to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information in transactions conducted on the Vendor. Otherwise, the Vendor has the right to disclaim any responsibility.

The User must respect the intellectual property rights of the Vendor and must not use the content provided by the Vendor without permission.

The Vendor has the right to provide, update, modify, or terminate the services on the Site. In such cases, the Vendor can make changes without any obligation to notify the User.

The Vendor may take measures to monitor or restrict the User's use of the Site.

The Vendor has the right to suspend or terminate the User's account without any obligation to provide an explanation.

The privacy rights of the Member are subject to the rules stated in the Vendor's Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, the User is deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

The Vendor does not guarantee that the services provided on the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Member uses the Site at their own responsibility.

Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this Agreement, and Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.

This Membership Agreement is entered into electronically between the Parties, and the Parties have mutually acknowledged in electronic form that it fully contains the rights and obligations of the Parties and have agreed to comply with these provisions.

This Agreement is the membership agreement voluntarily entered into by the Parties.
