The following are the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities outlined in the User Agreement which it is recommended to read before using www.lasagrada.com.tr. If the terms specified are not suitable for you, please do not use the site. By using the site and filling out the form that will contain your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

Usage and Security Rules

www.lasagrada.com.tr is open to all wholesale members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.

In the following written situations, the site management can block a member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights regarding persons involved in the following actions:

1.a. Recording of incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that are not in accordance with general moral standards, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkiye onto the site.

1.b. Unauthorized partial or full copying of site content.

1.c. The user is directly responsible for any damage resulting from sharing information such as usernames and passwords, which are given to users or chosen by them, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the user). Similarly, the user may not use personal information belonging to someone else, such as IP addresses, email addresses, or usernames in the internet environment, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal responsibilities that may arise from such usage.

1.d. Use of software that threatens the security of the site, activities that impede the functioning of the site and the software used, attempts to do so, and obtaining, deleting, or altering information.

Responsibilities

2a. Information of users visiting www.lasagrada.com.tr (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to better serve them. This information, adhering to confidentiality terms, is shared with companies we collaborate with on advertising, etc., to expand and improve content. The purpose here is to enhance the experience offered to the users of the site and to improve www.lasagrada.com.tr.

2.b. After filling in the required sections for registration and confirming their email address, a user of www.lasagrada.com.tr, under the condition of adhering to the terms specified in this agreement, may begin using the site by entering their email address and password.

2.c. While benefiting from the site and services of www.lasagrada.com.tr, the user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decrees and legal regulations on the Protection of Brand and Patent Rights, Obligations Law, and other relevant legislation provisions, as well as all announcements and notifications related to the services of www.lasagrada.com.tr. The user bears all legal, criminal, and financial responsibilities that may arise due to usage contrary to these notifications and laws.

2.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules reported on the site, the user's access to www.lasagrada.com.tr may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be closed.

2.e. The user cannot perform actions that prevent or complicate the use of www.lasagrada.com.tr by other users and visitors, nor can they overload or lock servers or databases with automatic programs. If found engaging in fraudulent attempts, their membership will be terminated and they will accept all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from the situation.

2.g. The user cannot remove or erase copyright, trademark, and any notices under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from www.lasagrada.com.tr.

2.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user. The site access rights of the user who ends their membership will be revoked. A person who cancels their membership accepts that this action is irreversible.

2.j. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals involved.

2.m. Specific rules and obligations unique to certain areas of the site can be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

2.o. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) used for purchases made through the site is correct, and that they bear the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from them.

Notification Addresses

3.a. www.lasagrada.com.tr does not initially request email addresses from its users. However, the email address provided by the user to www.lasagrada.com.tr is accepted as the legal address for all notifications related to this agreement.

3.b. The parties agree that requests made to their old emails will be considered valid and deemed to have been received by them unless changes to their current emails are reported in writing to the other party within three days.

3.c. Any notification made by www.lasagrada.com.tr using the registered email address of the user is considered to have reached the user one day after it is sent by www.lasagrada.com.tr. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
